As a life-long resident of the area, I am familiar with the housing market in Washtenaw, Jackson and surrounding areas. I also have firsthand experience with lake properties “up north”. I am a Vietnam-era veteran which fuels my passion for working with veterans to help them use their military eligibility to finance a home. 

And I like to think my experience as an Ann Arbor Police Officer after my military tour of duty makes me a better listener to my clients and customers. Their needs are my priority.

I belong to the Chelsea Rotary Club because I strongly believe in their motto "Service above Self" and currently volunteer for a number of organizations.  This all started when I first volunteered at Washtenaw Community College for a veteran’s job fair, and after that with a group of volunteers who put on a production each year called STORIES OF SERVICE at Hill Auditorium to raise money for the construction of the first Fisher House in Michigan (think Ronald McDonald House for veteran families).
